Outlook Add-in Installation

The WardenIQ add-in works in Outlook desktop, Outlook web, and the new Outlook app. Pick the install path that matches how your company manages add-ins.

Install it yourself (fastest):

  1. Open Outlook (desktop or web)
  2. Click Get Add-ins in the ribbon (sometimes shown as "Apps" or "All Apps")
  3. Search for WardenIQ
  4. Click Add
  5. The WardenIQ button appears in your ribbon immediately

Install from AppSource (browser):

  1. Go to appsource.microsoft.com and search WardenIQ
  2. Click Get it now
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account — the add-in installs automatically in Outlook

IT admin deploy (for larger teams or locked-down environments):

  1. Go to admin.microsoft.com
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrated AppsGet apps
  3. Search for WardenIQ → click Get it now
  4. Assign to the users or groups who need it
  5. The WardenIQ button will appear in their Outlook toolbar within a few hours

The add-in panel itself uses ReadItem permission only — it reads the email you click and nothing else. If you separately opt in to inbox monitoring or reply automation, WardenIQ requests Microsoft Graph API scopes (Mail.Read, Mail.Send, MailboxSettings.Read, offline_access) through Microsoft's standard OAuth consent flow. Those scopes are revocable any time from your Microsoft 365 admin center.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
How many users can I add?
Solo includes 1 seat ($79/month). Team includes up to 10 seats ($149/month) with additional seats available for $29/month each. Manage seats from Settings → Manage Billing & Seats in your dashboard.
Is my data shared with other users?
Your individual quotes, customer information, and pricing data are completely private to your organization. The WIQ Network feature shows anonymized, aggregated market trends — no individual quotes or customer names are ever shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on encrypted US-based servers with TLS on every connection. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, credentials use Fernet encryption, and every query is tenant-isolated. See our security page for full details.
